Quiet Observer, 2021, co-directed by Tapestry Media and Anna Farago, 8 mins 48 sec

Quiet Observer premiered in Satellite of Love at the Eltham Library in January 2021. It documents the fifth Walking, Talking, Listening, Learning event, Sound and Silence, a mindfulness walk led by Eltham yoga teacher, Kuo Yong Kooi, within Bunjil Reserve and was filmed late in 2020 as Melbourne emerged from the strict Covid-19 Lockdown. Using silence to emphasise the present moment in nature, the walk culminated beneath Anna Farago’s Sharing Contemplation artwork suspended in the trees. This walk was documented by Tapestry Media and co-directed with Anna Farago into the film.
